Technical Support

Working Student or Freelance
Part-Time (min. 12h/week)

In this role, you will get to:

  • Help with product support requests mainly for web projects
  • Partner with our customers to effectively resolve issues through email and our support system
  • Answer how-to questions and help customers get started with our products
  • Help extend our documentation and FAQ area
  • Manage small customer projects that involve coding
  • Diagnose, report, and fix bugs


We are looking for people who:

  • Are fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Have good coding skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with the HubSpot CMS / HubSpot certifications
  • Understanding of basic SEO principles
  • Prior experience in tech support
