jQuery Settings in HubSpot
How to disable the HubSpot included jQuery library to avoid blank pages and errors
Did you purchase POWER Pro v26 or later?
jQuery is loaded by default and must be deactivated in Theme Settings.
If you are using v25 or lower, the theme contains a new version of jQuery, so it is best to have this unchecked.
If your current site requires jQuery, select the latest version available.
With v26, we have included an option remove Support for jQuery.
You can check your theme version under Marketplaces > Marketplace Downloads > POWER Pro theme, clicking to open the theme here will show additional details, including the current version shown on the right sidebar.
With v26, we have removed the dependency of the theme on jQuery. Please refer to the detailed instructions here regarding removing jQuery Support.
Most likely the wrong version of jQuery is configured in your HubSpot settings.
If you have removed support for jQuery, refer to the instructions for Debugging jQuery.
If your current website, landing pages, or blog are using templates or a theme that requires the jQuery to be preloaded via the HubSpot setting, we recommend updating it from 1.7x to 1.11x and then unchecking the box later when you are no longer using those templates and/or theme for your pages.
If you have v26 or later with jQuery Support removed, you should not have to change your current jQuery configurations until you have replaced all of your existing content.
You can follow step-by-step instructions to deactivate jQuery here.
The theme contains a newer version of jQuery than what HubSpot includes by default. If you don't make these updates, elements on your page will not load due to the conflict between jQuery versions.
