How can I add a highlighter effect to my titles?

There are two styles that can be defined for Text Highlights in Theme Settings and applied to text using HTML tags

The Text Highlights leverage the HTML mark and em tags to make it easy to add emphasis to text throughout your website.

To add a highlight effect, choose the underline/mark option
