POWER Pro theme includes unlimited technical support
Yes, we provide unlimited support for all issues regarding the theme itself for both POWER Pro Theme and POWER Pro for Starter Theme (not POWER Starter Theme).
Support Options:

- Live Chat
- Documentation and Module Library
- Video Tutorials
- FAQ via our Knowledge Base
Custom features or functionalities are excluded from the included support. If you experience a technical issue as a result of customization (not developed by our team), we can offer paid support at an hourly rate.
Premium Theme Support
We can offer theme support via Zoom as a premium service.
This can be purchased at an hourly rate or can be deducted from the included 2 hours of contingent time available with your theme purchase.
There are some situations where we may offer support via Zoom as an included service, this is solely at our discretion.
