      Why do I get a JavaScript error when adding the Snazzy Maps embed code?

      Using Snazzy Maps requires a valid API key for the Google Maps JavaScript API to work

      When you save your map, Snazzy Maps will ask for a Google Maps API Key - without this, your map will not render on your website.

      You can create an API Key here.

      Snazzy Maps requires that you use the JavaScript API, not the Embed API.
