When can I use it?
There is no open access yet. The platform runs our own app in production, and we are lining up the first outside apps now. Join the waitlist and tell us what you are building, and we will come back to you when we can give you a real date.
What does it cost?
Not published yet, by design. Founding design partners set the pricing with us; we would rather do that with people who actually run an app on it than guess at a number now and be wrong.
Does this get me around install caps?
No. Install caps attach to your own app registration in your own developer account, so no environment changes them. Getting listed is what lifts the cap. What we can do is get you to a listed, review-passing state faster.
Whose app is it?
Yours. Your developer account, your app registration, your listing, your customers, your pricing. We are infrastructure underneath it, in the same way your database host is.
Can I run it myself?
es, that is part of the design-partner conversation: the platform as your own instance on your infrastructure, or your app on our hosted one. We set it up with you either way.
What happens to my data?
We process it on your behalf as a sub-processor, under a data processing agreement. Tokens are encrypted at rest and every request is scoped to one account. We are a German company; primary hosting region is Frankfurt; we can share the technical detail sheet before you commit to anything.
What if I want to leave?
You take your app and go. It is your registration and your customers, so there is nothing to negotiate. Lock-in would mean we had stopped earning the work.
Do I have to use all of it?
Tell us what you already have. If your billing works and you only need the auth and tenancy side, that is a reasonable place to start.
Is this only for HubSpot apps?
Today, yes. POWER Apps is built specifically around HubSpot's platform. Other platforms are a later conversation.
