How do I request a Refund?
That is very easy. In the HubSpot marketplace, open the “Purchased” section. A list of your purchased assets from the marketplace will appear. Open the “Actions” dropdown on the POWER THEME and select “Request a Refund.”
We will get an e-mail regarding your refund request. Once the refund is processed, you will get a confirmation e-mail.
